Before you join
Five points to understand.
- The membership lasts 12 months and ends without automatic renewal.
- Membership services start after the 14-day cooling-off period.
- Parts, materials and repair labour are not included.
- Any repair needs a separate quote and your approval.
- Approved customers make one Bacs Direct Debit payment using Stripe.

If the appliances and postcode are eligible, we explain the accepted plan before directing you to Stripe. Bacs payment can take several business days to confirm, and service activation does not happen merely because Checkout was submitted.
